Barcelona - The Advanced NCP Training - 18 & 19 May 2017

We kindly invite you to the Advanced NCP Training - "Cooperation with Innovation Support Networks
along the Innovation value chain"

Dates: 18 & 19 May 2017

Place: Barcelona

Venue: Hotel Front Maritim Barcelona

Address: Passeig Garcia Faria 69-71, 08019 Barcelona, Spain

Rationale:

·         This advanced training is based on the identified needs of SME/ARF NCPs during the benchmarking survey and aims to enhance the collaboration between different Innovation Support Networks along the entire Innovation value chain and the lifecycle stages of a company.

·         The training will open with an official presentation of the Access4SMEs Project from the Co-ordinator (APRE).

·         The training aims to identify innovation value chain stages and will include an exchange on different kinds of practices, services as well as innovation support tools offered to SMEs by complementary Innovation Support Networks, such as National Contact Points, Enterprise Europe Network and Eureka/Eurostars Network.

·         During the training, the type of support offered by these networks will be presented, offering to the participants a better overview of the complementarities and possible synergies.

·         Best practices and actual examples will be presented in order to showcase successful means of collaboration.

·         A guest speaker from a company will also be invited to provide the entrepreneurial view on the type of support that companies actually expect from Innovation Networks, stimulating the discussion further.

Output:

The training is expected to set the basis for a strategic approach to the future collaboration between these networks, presenting the strong points and capacity of each one in order to determine its positioning. It will also focus on synergies, novel tools or collaboration mechanisms that will have an impact to SMEs, based on the different stages of their growth or lifecycle.
